THE Philosophy

This is what has led to the art of weightlifting

me as an athlete and a coach

I fell in love with weightlifting and pushing myself to be my best at the age of 13 in my basement with a small weight set.  I was obsessed with the bodybuilding forums and read and watched every single thing I could come across and tried applying it myself.  Years later I became a 2x All-American defensive end in college where I earned my bachelor’s of science in Kinesiology and continued football by signing to 3 different NFL teams as an outside linebacker.  The Browns, Cardinals and Steelers.  After football I knew I wanted to continue my passion of improving human biomechanics and went back to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.  During this time I transitioned from being a football player and overall athlete to training as a competitive bodybuilder.

Shortly after graduating and having my chiropractic office I earned my pro card in bodybuilding and currently compete in the IFBB as a classic physique bodybuilder.  My unique background and experiences have gotten me to this point where I have been able to blend the best of all different styles and perspectives.  My goal is simple, does this produce results?  I am not concerned with being right or going with trends.  I find what works through real experience mixed with practical understanding and application.

I built this site with the idea that I am building this for my younger self.  The question is not what would I want to know, but what would I need to know?  This is my passion and my purpose

THE MindSET

The science: exercise physiology, progressive overload, hypertrophy mechanisms, recovery protocols, they tell you the rules. But the art: technique, feel, the ability to sense muscle tension and own every rep is what separates lifters who transform their bodies from those who spin their wheels.

This platform does not ask you to pick one. It is built on the belief that every lifter needs both.  Each section covers a single muscle group in full. You will learn its anatomy, its function and the movements that build it using the technique cues that make those movements actually work. Then you will see it on video not to watch someone else lift, but to understand the mechanics in motion.

This is not content designed to be consumed passively. It is designed to be applied.  Watch the videos, read the breakdown, take it to the gym, and come back with questions. That is the cycle this program is built around.

How this works

Jump straight into the muscle group you’re working no searching, no wasted time.

Choose Training Day

Pick the muscle group you’re working on.

Learn & Apply

Watch technique, understand mechanics, train immediately.

Get Coached

Submit your videos and get real feedback.

“ If you want to understand your body and train with purpose you’re in the right place. “

Real experience knowing and applying what actually works.

You have just been lifting. Now it is time to learn how to train. The difference between those two is the difference between years of frustrating plateaus and a physique that actually reflects the hours you have put in.
